In this two hour circle we'll bring breath, story, and practice to the ancient, mystical, and rich traditions of iranian/SWANA plant medicine. Together we’ll explore the history of plant medicine in Iran, learning about the diverse bioregions and plants of the region, while delving into traditional applications and uses of herbs for food, medicine, and ritual; calling from the stories, recipes, and plants of my lived experience as a diaspora kid.
